Hi Lovely people

I know it's been long since i put anything(good or bad) out here. Sorry people,.....

My long hiatus has been as a result of some intense, serious n exciting project i was involved in over the past week or two.
But i wont let y'all in on the project YET. Will tell you all after a while..........at least, something to hope for.

Okay so i was in a NewYork studio the other time, and a tall blonde lady, looking well : oven baked from the lavish tan, with her little rat( Chihuahua) atop her Luis vuitton hand bag, approached me. It was dark so from a distance you couldn't make an image out well. She asked from a distance if she could use my cell phone.....wats the big deal, i got unlimited minutes, so i replied back as she got close. and....OMG u wouldn't believe who it was.....it was...(i'll tell y'all next time..... AHHHHH!!! ( like a bad suspense in a soap opera),lol.

4. Must turn in all weapons within the next 24 hours and can NOT own any weapons during that period.
5. Must Provide DNA Samples as Requested by the Authorities
6. 180 Days of Community Service (HARD) Labor… washing cars, cleaning graffiti off the walls, etc.
7. Get approval before leaving the country.
8. Report to a court room every 3 months for the next 5 years.
9. Fines and Fees: $2,500 in restitution, $2,500 in probation expenses, $30 for criminal conviction fee and $400 for the domestic violence fund.

Last But Not Least…

10. The Protective Order for the next 5 years: Brown is not allowed to harass, assault, threaten, molest, etc. Rihanna. No direct contact nor 3rd party contact with her. BREAKING NEWS : Michael jacksons Death was a HOMICIDE

The late King of pops death has just been ruled as a HOMICIDE, not a heart attack.

The Los Angeles County coroner ruled Michael's death as a homicide Monday after search warrant affidavit revealed lethal levels of anesthetic propfol (sedative) in his system .

This means that Jacksons personal doctor who has been treating for sleep difficulty (insomnia) with the sedative is responsible for his death.

This man must be toast now. He should consider him self locked up in jail for many years to come.

Black Kids Rejected From Philly Pool

More than 60 campers from Northeast Philadelphia were turned away from a private swim club and left to wonder if their race was the reason. “I heard this lady, she was like, ‘Uh, what are all these black kids doing here?’ She’s like, ‘I’m scared they might do something to my child,’” said camper Dymire Baylor.

The Creative Steps Day Camp paid more than $1900 to The Valley Swim Club. The Valley Swim Club is a private club that advertises open membership. But the campers’ first visit to the pool suggested otherwise.

“When the minority children got in the pool all of the Caucasian children immediately exited the pool,” Horace Gibson, parent of a day camp child, wrote in an email. “The pool attendants came and told the black children that they did not allow minorities in the club and needed the children to leave immediately.” The next day the club told the camp director that the camp’s membership was being suspended and their money would be refunded. “I said, ‘The parents don’t want the refund. They want a place for their children to swim,’” camp director Aetha Wright said.

Campers remain unsure why they’re no longer welcome. “They just kicked us out. And we were about to go. Had our swim things and everything,” said camper Simer Burwell. The explanation they got was either dishearteningly honest or poorly worded. “There was concern that a lot of kids would change the complexion … and the atmosphere of the club,” John Duesler, President of The Valley Swim Club said in a statement. While the parents await an apology, the camp is scrambling to find a new place for the kids to beat the summer heat.

FINANCE: AfDB approves US$ 5m loan for Liberian Development Bank

The Board of Directors of the African Development Bank (AfDB) Group has approved a US$ 5 million subordinated loan for the Liberian Bank for Development and Investment (LBDI).

The subordinated facility will provide LBDI with the required funding to meet the increasing demand for long-term financing from certain key sectors of the Liberian economy including SMEs, services, construction, agri-business and light manufacturing. The facility has been designed to provide LBDI with an instrument that has an extended tenor and can qualify as Tier II capital in meeting regulatory requirements.

It will cater to the needs of one part of LBDI´s total fundraising program, which consists of two parts. On the one hand, the institution is planning a share offering of 500,000 new common stocks of US$ 20 each. If fully subscribed, the share offer will increase the company´s share capital to about US$ 16 million. In addition to the proposed capital increase, LBDI plans, over the medium-term, to procure debt finance for a total amount of US$ 10 million, the first phase of which is the AfDB sub-debt facility.

This facility will play a crucial role in restoring LBDI´s capacity to provide medium- and long-term funds for development-oriented projects and respond to the needs of the critical SME sector, which accounts for over 80% of economic activity and employs over 90% of the workforce.

This Investment is in keeping with the Bank´s Private Sector Operations strategy regarding: (I) strengthening and deepening of financial systems, and (ii) Bank support to private enterprises (particularly, SMEs,) through financial intermediaries. In line with the Bank´s private sector development strategy, the sub-debt represents an innovative instrument for deepening the Liberian financial system by partnering with a capable local institution, which has the reach and capacity to cover markets that are currently underserved and deliver strong development impact.

This facility to LBDI is an example of a strategic partnership in the private sector of a post conflict fragile state to support economic growth, consolidate the prevailing stability and promote social progress. Once implemented, the facility will enable LBDI assist in the revival of key sectors and expand its activity to cover more SMEs, which will in turn create job opportunities, grow incomes and improve living standards. It is estimated that about 6,000 jobs will be created as a result of this intervention.
